The Dallas Cowboys’ offense had a record-breaking Sunday.

At the end of the first quarter of their matchup with the Washington Redskins, DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant broke two Cowboys records on consecutive plays. Murray took off on a 32-yard run, giving him 1,798 rushing yards on the season to top Emmitt Smith’s 1,773.

Murray brought his single-season rushing total to 1,866 by the end of the day.

On the very next play, quarterback Tony Romo connected with Bryant for a touchdown. It was already his second of the day, but more importantly, it was his 16th of the season and broke Terrell Owens’ previous record.

Also, it was a pretty incredible catch.

The Cowboys ended up with a 44-17 win over Washington and improved to 8-0 on the road. That fact could bode well for them through the playoffs.
