Stop us if you’ve heard this one before, but Dominic Raiola did something awful.

The Detroit Lions center appeared to intentionally stomp on Chicago Bears defensive tackle Ego Ferguson’s leg during the third quarter of Sunday’s game at Soldier Field. The dirty move came at the end of a play while Ferguson still was on the ground and Raiola was walking away from the pile.

Although Ferguson limped off the field, he eventually returned to the game.

This is the latest in a string of incidents that has bolstered Raiola’s reputation of being one of the NFL’s dirtiest players. Patriots fans especially will remember him for diving at Zach Moore’s knees on the final play of the Lions’ loss at New England and for striking Moore in the head during the same game.

The video certainly looks like it was an intentional move on Raiola’s part, meaning discipline from the NFL is likely.
