Fenway Park spent much of the winter under snow. Can you believe it now looks better than ever?

Dave Mellor, Fenway Park’s head groundskeeper, recently chatted with the Boston Herald’s Steve Buckley about the ballpark’s status going into Opening Day. Fenway is expected to be in tip-top shape when the Boston Red Sox open their 2015 home slate April 13.

Buckley asked Mellor if there ever was a point this winter — the snowiest in Boston history — when he wondered whether Fenway would be ready for Opening Day. Mellor confidently said he had no concerns, however. Both him and his crew have worked hard to get things ready.
