The Alex Rodriguez redemption tour rolled on Wednesday night at the ESPYs.

The New York Yankees designated hitter has been a lightning rod for controversy in recent years. Rodriguez returned from a year-long suspension seemingly a new person. He’s seem much more relaxed, more human even, and his play has benefited. Apparently all of that was enough to earn him an invite to ESPN’s annual award show.

Not only was A-Rod in attendance for the ESPYs, he was part of the show. Alongside actor Ken Jeong, Rodriguez “apologized” for all of the things he’s done wrong.

Warning: There’s some adult humor. There’s also a pretty big “Game of Thrones” spoiler. So if you’re easily offended and/or plan on catching up with “Game of Thrones” at some point, you’ll probably want to skip this video.
