Marcus Smart Hits Absurd 3-Pointer While Falling Out Of Bounds (Video)

BOSTON — Marcus Smart got off to a slow start offensively against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, missing his first five field goal attempts.

But he made up for that rough showing and then some in the second quarter.

The Boston Celtics guard corralled the ball in the left corner with Raptors forward DeMarre Carroll right in his face.

Sensing contact, Smart heaved the ball toward the rim in an attempt to draw the foul. He didn’t get the foul, but he made the shot anyway.

Just like you drew it up, right, Marcus?
