Tom Brady: Nothing I Love More Than Being On Field With Teammates (Video)

Tom Brady loves football. It’s apparent to anyone who watches him play for the New England Patriots.

But even one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time isn’t immune to low points in the game he loves.

The 2015 offseason was that low point for Brady, as his name was attached to Deflategate and the circus that followed. He eventually had his four-game suspension nullified in court, but that doesn’t erase the wounds he endured over the past several months.

So how did Brady move on? Well, he turned football, of course.

“There is nothing like running out onto the field with my teammates. That’s what my focus has always been on,” Brady told Scott Zolak this week on “Patriots All Access” on WBZ-TV. “To have the fortune to be able to do that the last three weeks has been awesome. I did it in the preseason and I’ve been able to do it the last month, which is great.

He added: “It’s what I love to do. I’ve always just thought about football. It’s been a love of mine the last 25 years, whether it was touch football in the street or flag football at school or finally when I started playing tackle football in high school. There’s nothing I love more than being out on the field with my teammates.”
