Reports: 49ers’ Reggie Bush Tears ACL After Slipping On Concrete (Video)

If you weren’t surprised to hear about Reggie Bush’s knee injury, we understand. It’s fair criticism to say “Reggie Bush is always injured.”

But the San Francisco 49ers running back was hurt Sunday in the weirdest way possible.

The former No. 2 overall draft pick reportedly tore his ACL after slipping on the concrete portion of the sideline at St. Louis’ Edward Jones Dome, according to FOX Sports’ Mike Garafolo, who cited a source. NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported the same, adding that Bush will have an MRI to confirm the injury.

San Francisco lost to the St. Louis Rams 27-6.
