After battling some of the best teams in the NBA, the Boston Celtics will set their sights on one of the league’s worst.

The Celtics welcome the Brooklyn Nets to TD Garden on Friday night in the first game of a home-and-home series. (Boston will play in Brooklyn on Sunday.) The C’s (6-5) had their three-game winning streak snapped by the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday, while the Nets are just 2-10 but edged the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday.
