An old friend will return to TD Garden on Monday night.
Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves are in town to take on the Boston Celtics in what will be the fourth time Garnett has returned to Boston since leaving the team after the 2012-13 season.
The 14-13 Celtics enter Monday hoping to snap a three-game losing streak, while the 11-16 Timberwolves own a two-game winning streak after beating the Sacramento Kings and Brooklyn Nets.
