The Boston Celtics are taking their talents south of the border to meet an old friend.
The Celtics will battle Rajon Rondo and the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night in Mexico City as part of the NBA’s Global Games 2015. Both teams have gotten a few days off ahead of the international matchup (Boston is the home team), with the 10-8 Celtics coming off a 10-point win over the Miami Heat on Monday and the 7-12 Kings rolling in from Monday’s impressive win over Rondo’s other former team, the Dallas Mavericks.
