The Denver Broncos had a few more fans than normal Sunday afternoon.

The Broncos sent the Pittsburgh Steelers packing with a come-from-behind win in an AFC divisional-round playoff matchup in Denver. That obviously pleased Broncos fans, but it no doubt made some folks in Cincinnati very happy, too.

After the Steelers eliminated the Cincinnati Bengals in a hotly contested, somewhat controversial wild-card round matchup last week, a few Bengals players had no issues publicly rooting for the Broncos to give Pittsburgh the boot Sunday.

Bengals TwitterOf course, the Bengals’ public celebration doesn’t undo the fact they choked away a late lead with iffy defensive play and boneheaded penalties, but whatever gives them closure or helps them sleep in peace, we guess.
