Cristiano Ronaldo is focused on Saturday’s Champions League final and his long-term future with Real Madrid, not a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain or Manchester City.

Or so he says.

The world-class striker told Jugones de LaSexta that the Real Madrid shirt is the last one he’ll wear in his career, according to ESPNFC.com.

“The other clubs can forget it — I’m going to retire at Real Madrid,” Ronaldo said. “It would be smart of Real Madrid to renew my contract. I want to stay here.

“There have been good moments and others that were bad. Four years ago, I wasn’t happy, but now I am content, and I don’t see any other club better than Real Madrid. None are better.”

Ronaldo also denied a reunion with Manchester United — he played for the Red Devils from 2003 to 2009 — even though he says “it’s a club I carry in my heart,” according to Sky Sports.

While Ronaldo might want to stay in Madrid, you’d have to wonder what Los Blancos would do if PSG, Man City or Man United offered a ridiculous price for the 31-year-old. It’s always better to sell off players one year too early than one year too late, especially if the injury bug strikes hard — although Ronaldo insists his strained thigh will be 100 percent for this weekend’s final against Atletico Madrid.

“I am going to retire at Real Madrid — within 15 years at the minimum,” Ronaldo said, via ESPNFC.com. “I want to stop playing at age 41 or something like that (laughing). We shall see that I will renew my contract at the end of the season.”
