Aside from maybe riding a roller coaster, we’re not sure there’s anything Jose Altuve can’t do.

The diminutive Houston Astros second baseman is having a career season. He’s a legitimate MVP candidate, entering Tuesday with a league-leading 127 hits and .348 batting average to go along with 15 home runs, 54 RBIs and 25 stolen bases.

It turns out that in addition to being one of the best players in all of baseball, Altuve’s also a pretty good performer. Astros pitcher Lance McCullers on Monday posted an Instagram video of Altuve belting out the Backstreet Boys classic “I Want It That Way” in the clubhouse.

OK, so maybe he needs a little work on the lyrics, and we probably could have done without the twerking, but other than that, this is fantastic stuff. So good, in fact, that someone decided this was necessary.

This isn’t Altuve’s first off-field performance this season, either. He appeared in the Houston Police Department’s take on the “Running Man Challenge” where he and his teammates got to show off some pretty impressive dance skills.
