The Buffalo Bills will be gunning for a second straight upset win on home turf when they play host to the AFC East rival New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon as slim 1 1/2-point underdogs at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

The Bills toppled the Indianapolis Colts 27-14 last weekend, winning outright as 1-point home underdogs on the strength of a Buffalo defense that kept the Colts out of the red zone until the final minute of the third quarter.

Buffalo will need more of the same going into Sunday afternoon’s Patriots vs. Bills betting matchup at Ralph Wilson Stadium. New England has a stunning 26-4 straight up record in its last 30 games against AFC East rivals, outscoring Buffalo by an average of 13.66 points over its last three visits to Western New York.

— Buoyed by a lopsided 42-14 upset win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in quarterback Marcus Mariota’s pro debut last weekend, the Tennessee Titans travel to Cleveland in Week 2 to take on the Browns as 1 1/2-point underdogs.

Mariota tossed four touchdowns in the first half to lead Tennessee to an outright win over the Buccaneers as 3-point road underdogs.

The Browns will be looking to rebound from a brutal 31-10 loss to the New York Jets, their sixth straight SU defeat, and will have their hands full against a pumped-up Titans squad that is 4-1 SU and ATS in its past five visits to Cleveland.

— The Green Bay Packers will be looking to avenge their loss in last season’s NFC Championship Game when they battle the Seattle Seahawks on “Sunday Night Football” as 3 1/2-point favorites.

The Packers disposed of the feisty Chicago Bears 31-23 in their season opener, covering as 6-point chalk in their first contest since falling 28-22 to the Seahawks in last year’s NFC title game while improving to 8-1 SU in their past nine regular season contests, according to the OddsShark NFL Database.

The Seahawks had a tougher time in Week 1, suffering their second straight SU loss to the Rams in St. Louis, a 34-31 decision, to fall to 0-3-1 ATS in their last four games.

Seattle has posted SU wins in each of its last three games against Green Bay but has struggled mightily in recent visits to Lambeau Field, where the Seahawks are winless SU in their past five and 1-3-1 ATS.

— In other NFL Week 2 betting action, the Bears look to rebound against the Arizona Cardinals as 2 1/2-point underdogs, while the New Orleans Saints host the Buccaneers as 9 1/2-point favorites and the Jets travel to Indianapolis as 7-point underdogs for their “Monday Night Football” matchup with the Colts.
