Chicago Bears running back Jeremy Langford will miss four to six weeks with an ankle injury, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

He’s the latest in a long list of running backs who’ve gone down with an injury over the first three weeks of the NFL season. That list also includes Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster and Danny Woodhead.

What should fantasy football owners of Langford do in the meantime? Well, the easiest way to find a replacement is looking at your league’s waiver wire.

Here are five options to consider from the waiver wire while Langford recovers.

Darren Sproles, Philadelphia Eagles
Sproles is a must-own in PPR leagues because he’s a safe, reliable target for rookie quarterback Carson Wentz. The veteran running back caught six passes for 128 yards and a touchdown against a tough Pittsburgh Steelers defense in Week 3, and he’s also a factor on kick returns.

Jordan Howard, Chicago Bears
Howard is the next man up in the Bears backfield and he did pretty well in Week 3. He ran for 45 yards on nine carries, while also catching four passes for 47 yards. Howard is a dual threat running back who should be involved in the offense with an inexperienced/below average quarterback in Brian Hoyer leading Chicago.

Bilal Powell, New York Jets
Powell is another good PPR add because of his receiving ability. He has just 73 rushing yards through three games but he did tally six catches for 41 yards in a Week 3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. As long as Powell is catching four or five passes each game, he’s worth owning and starting as a flex in PPR formats.

Jay Ajayi, Miami Dolphins
Ajayi is splitting carries with rookie Kenyan Drake in the Dolphins backfield, but he did score a rushing touchdown in Week 3. He also averaged four yards per carry in that game and showed some receiving ability in Week 2 with four catches four 31 yards. Ajayi is worth an add in a deep league, but there are better options available.

Robert Turbin, Indianapolis Colts
Turbin has just 23 rushing yards through three games, but he does have two touchdowns. He seems to be the preferred option at the goal line over starter Frank Gore, and that gives Turbin some value in very deep leagues.
