As defensive coordinator of the Cowboys, Rob Ryan‘s job is as stressful as they come.
The 48-year-old spends his week watching game film, coaching his players on the practice field and making the necessary adjustments on gameday. With high aspirations in Big D this season, Ryan is expected to have his defense perform well.
But it seems that between deciding whether or not to dial up a blitz on second and 6 and advising his secondary on adjusting bump and run coverage, Ryan still has the time to sneak a peak at the lovely Diora Baird.
During Dallas’ Sunday afternoon contest at San Francisco, television cameras zoomed in on Ryan as he called a defensive assignment from his play sheet and found a surprising discovery: a photo of the bikini-clad Baird.
One might wonder how having a model on an NFL play sheet is in any way helpful to winning a game. In fact, upon getting a glimpse of Baird it is a wonder how Ryan could concentrate on the game at all. To his credit, the Cowboys allowed only 10 second half points on Sunday as the ‘Boys overcame a 10-point deficit to win 27-24 in overtime.
Here is a better look at the photo of Baird from Ryan’s play sheet:
