Mark Sanchez has had a rough week.
First the Jets' quarterback lost a heartbreaker to New England in overtime on Sunday, and now his relationship with actress Eva Longoria has reportedly ended.
Longoria's representative told TMZ that the couple has officially broken up after "several months of dating."
There's no word on who broke up with who yet, but this could be a blessing for Sanchez. His stats are down since starting up the relationship with Tony Parker's ex. He's completing a career-worst 53.2 percent of his passes, though that's climbing after two impressive weeks against the Colts and Patriots.
Maybe the relationship with Longoria was just another added distraction for Sanchez, who already has to deal with loud-mouth teammates and the most famous backup quarterback in the NFL — Tim Tebow.
