Hockey fans have no problem spotting George Parros. He’s the 6-foot-5 guy rocking the game’s sweetest mustache either pummeling an opponent’s face in or sitting in the penalty box after pummeling an opponent’s face in.

But the longtime enforcer wasn’t always just hitting people in the face, as he was hitting the books for four years at an ECAC hockey school from 1999 to 2003.
