Berkshire Bank Faceoff: Bruins’ Seth Griffith, Joe Morrow Enter Lineup Vs. Coyotes

The Boston Bruins will make a few lineup changes for Saturday’s road game against the Arizona Coyotes.

Forward Seth Griffith and defenseman Joe Morrow will enter the lineup, with forward David Pastrnak and defenseman Matt Bartkowski expected to be scratches, B’s head coach Claude Julien told reporters.

Griffith’s five goals are the second-most on a Bruins team that badly needs offense. The Bruins did score four goals against the San Jose Sharks on Thursday night, but they also gave up seven goals in one of their worst losses of the season.

The challenge will be a little easier against the Coyotes, who rank 24th in goals scored, 25th in goals against average and have a six-game losing streak on home ice.

Arizona will start Devan Dubnyk in goal, the team announced Saturday. He’s 5-1-1 with a .925 save percentage and a 2.43 goals against average this season.

Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask started Thursday’s game and gave up a career-high seven goals. To be fair, he actually played pretty well and four of those goals were deflections. Boston doesn’t play against until Thursday against the Chicago Blackhawks, so it makes sense to give Rask the start Saturday night.

Here are the projected lineups for both teams:

BOSTON BRUINS (14-12-1, 5th in Atlantic)
