Minnesota Twins catcher Kurt Suzuki might have enjoyed a 3-for-4 night Tuesday had it not been for Rusney Castillo.

The Boston Red Sox right fielder put Friday’s horror show behind him by robbing Suzuki not once, but twice in the Red Sox’s 2-1 loss at Target Field.

Here’s a look at Castillo’s first highlight-reel grab, which came with no outs in the sixth inning:

The Cuban defector’s second catch wasn’t quite as acrobatic, but it came at a more crucial juncture: with a runner on first and two men out in the eighth.

Suzuki ultimately had the last laugh, though, as his RBI double off Clay Buchholz in the opening frame proved to be the difference in the game.
