Serena Williams Claims She Chased Down A Thief Who Stole Her Phone

Here’s your daily reminder not to mess with Serena Williams.

According to the tennis star, she recently was eating at a Chinese restaurant with a friend when she got a suspicious feeling about a man who was standing by her table for too long. That bad feeling ended up being right, as the man, who apparently never has seen Williams serve a tennis ball, or perhaps never has seen her in general, foolishly stole her phone.

Don’t worry, though, because Williams obviously chased the guy down and got her phone back, which she described in a Facebook post.

The most frightening part of the story might be Williams actually confronting the man because if you’ve ever seen her handle dumb questions from the media, you know it can’t be fun to be scolded by her.

But, hey, at least this guy knows that if he’s going to keep stealing phones, he should steer clear of one of the greatest, fiercest athletes of all time.
