On Friday in Palo Alto, Calif., people waited in line for the new release of the iPhone 6. Apple CEO Tim Cook was even on hand for the special occasion greeting people.

One iPhone fan who was clearly an Alabama fan, knew that Cook was a noted Auburn alum and decided to get his attention by shouting “Roll Tide!”

It worked.

Not only did he get his attention, but Cook lashed back with a “War Eagle.”

This sparks a bigger debate, though. Why haven’t Alabama fans across America started an iPhone boycott because of Cook’s affiliation with the company? Maybe that’ll start now after Cook expressed his fanhood on iPhone 6 day.
