Vince Young will start at quarterback for the 0-6 Tennessee Titans this Sunday, according to a report on The Tennessean's Web site.

Sources told the site that head coach Jeff Fisher is expected to make the announcement on Thursday afternoon. The decision comes two days after Titans owner Bud Adams made it clear that he wants Young to be the team's starter.

After winning Offensive Rookie of the Year honors in 2006, Young has not played much since Week 1 of last season. After that game, his whereabouts were unknown, and the organization was concerned with his mental health.

Kerry Collins took over as starter, and last year he led the Titans to a 13-3 record — best in the NFL.

In his career, Young has completed 57 percent of his passes for 4,964 yards, 22 touchdowns and 33 interceptions. He has also rushed for 979 yards on 187 attempts.
