Olympic officials came to the conclusion on Saturday that the track is not to blame in luger Nodar Kumaritashvili's death.

The 21-year-old luger from the republic of Georgia was killed after losing control and crashing coming out of the 16th turn on Friday, before the Opening Ceremonies even started.

Officials did say that they would raise the wall where Kumaritashvili flew off the track. They would also make an unspecified "change in the ice profile to avoid that such an extremely exceptional accident could occur again," according to The Associated Press.
