The shirt features a close-up shot of Daniel Carcillo's mug, complete with missing teeth and that unmistakable mustache. The words "Fear The Stache" are inscribed above.
(I'll pause to give Bruins fans a moment to punch a wall.)
The shirt represents what has become a cult following in the hockey world. Carcillo grew the stache as an homage to the Broad Street Bullies of the '70s. He used it to help power his victorious fight against Shawn Thornton in the Winter Classic, and he used it to help get under the skin of the Bruins in the seven-game series.
So with the Flyers holding a commanding 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals, it's fair to ask the question: Do you fear the stache?
