Cristiano Ronaldo Spits in Direction of Camera After World Cup Loss There are really four things that we know for sure about Cristiano Ronaldo, other than that he was named Ronaldo after former U.S. president Ronald Reagan.

First, he’s a great soccer talent and meets all expectations for his clubs — formerly Manchester United and currently Real Madrid.

Secondly, he lives the jet-setting and party-filled euro-soccer dream to the fullest with all sorts of Derek Zoolander-esque photo shoots and nights with Paris Hilton.

Third, he seems to under-perform when playing for his native Portugal.

And finally, he’s not exactly the model of sportsmanship as pestering referees, diving, and making all sorts of soap opera faces are amongst his specialties.

Items three and four were on full display Tuesday during and after Portugal’s defeat at the hands of world number two Spain. When asked to explain Portugal’s defeat, Ronaldo responded,
talk to Carlos Queiroz,” Portugal’s manager.

Ronaldo was also seen spitting in the direction of a television camera following the loss.
