With just over a week to go until the annual trade deadline, ESPN's Buster Olney has labeled a power-hitting National League outfielder as a solid fit for the Red Sox' lineup.

According to Olney, who spoke to WEEI on Thursday, he believes Brewers outfielder Corey Hart would fit right in with the Boston ball club.

"Corey Hart might be a good fit for the Red Sox," Olney told the station. "He certainly is an attractive player, and I know the Red Sox like him … but there's no question they're going to be bidding against other teams."

It's likely that the Sox aren't going to be the only AL East team active in the next week or so, according to the scribe, as he thinks the Rays "are going to add a bat," and the Yankees "are going to get better."

The 28-year-old right-handed slugger stands in at 6-foot-6, 230 pounds. He's in his seventh season in the big leagues — all of which have been spent in Milwaukee.

Through Wednesday, he's hitting .290 with 22 homers, 70 RBIs and a .980 OPS. He's just two homers shy of tying his personal-high home run total of 24, which he set back in 2007. He's just 22 RBIs shy of setting a new personal RBI mark, which was set in 2008.
