On September 22 at Cowboys Stadium, Texas will be auctioning off high profile personalized license plates to raise money for the state and charities. One of the plates to be auctioned "COWBOYS" has caught the eye of billionaire Oklahoma State Cowboys benefactor T. Boone Pickens and, unsurprisingly, owner of the Dallas Cowboys Jerry Jones.

Pickens' spokesman has denied his client's interest, but the president of MY PLATES, the contractor in charge of creating the custom vanities, has stated that he has received interest from the energy tycoon.

Jerry, meanwhile, has also made his intentions known and recently has continued his streak of media appearances, featuring on HBO's Entourage this past week.
