Triple-A isn't really challenging for Mike Lowell right now.

One day after belting three home runs, the veteran big leaguer homered again on Wednesday night, adding in a double and a single for good measure.

His 3-for-4 night brought his average to a steady .500, and his apparent health may have the Texas Rangers once again interested in acquiring him before Saturday's deadline.

According to WEEI.com, the Rangers "haven't ruled out" trading for Lowell, though no deal is necessarily imminent.

Whether his Triple-A power (1.727 OPS) is enough to entice a team to trade for him or not, Lowell just might be making an impact on the Red Sox' stretch run, one way or another.
