BOSTON — In a first-ever preseason telecast, NESN, New England’s most-watched sports network, will air a two-hour special, Back to Work: Bruins Training Camp Live at the Garden, on Thursday, Sept. 16 at 9 p.m.

The special will feature Bruins No. 1 draft choice Tyler Seguin, Nathan Horton, Jordan Caron, Milan Lucic and Tuukka Rask. Also scheduled to appear are Bruins president Cam Neely and general manager Peter Chiarelli.

Back to Work will coincide with the conclusion of the final rookie game of the preseason against the New York Islanders.

"Bruins fans are as energized as they have been in years, especially with the addition of 18-year-old Tyler Seguin," said Joel Feld, NESN’s executive vice president of programming and executive producer. "This special will help kick off the season early and give fans a sneak peek at this year’s team. This is another great way for NESN to connect with our fans.”

Back to Work will be hosted from the network’s TD Garden studio by NESN’s popular team of Bruins experts. Host Kathryn Tappen will be joined by Andy Brickley, Mike Milbury and Naoko Funayama. In addition to the live interviews, the show will feature a behind-the-scenes look at the opening of training camp, preview the key roster battles and set up the team’s historic season opening trip to Northern Ireland and Prague.
