Cliff Lee isn't the only left-hander the Texas Rangers have their eyes on this offseason.

According to the New York Daily News, the AL champions are expressing interest in 38-year-old lefty starter, Andy Pettitte. The story cites a source that said Rangers president Nolan Ryan has recently reached out to Pettitte about coming to Texas, the veteran's home state.

Pettitte still isn't sure if he wants to even play in the 2011 season, but if he does decide to give it another go, a return to the Lone Star State may be just what gets him to come back. Pettitte pitched for the Houston Astros from 2004-06, sandwiched in between his two stints with the Yankees.

Last season, the left-hander went 11-3 with a 3.28 ERA while battling a nagging groin injury for much of the year.
