BOSTON — The Bruins will get one of their top-line wingers back Tuesday night, but will be without another.

Nathan Horton is set to return against Ottawa after missing the previous two games with an undisclosed injury. Milan Lucic, however, will not play, as he too is now sidelined with the ever-popular undisclosed injury.

Lucic left Monday's game in Pittsburgh late in the third period and did not return to the bench. Bruins coach Claude Julien confirmed Tuesday about an hour before Boston's game with the Senators that Lucic had suffered an injury in Pittsburgh.

"He did," Julien said. "He's not in the lineup tonight. He's going to be a scratch. Hopefully it's a day-to-day situation. It's an undisclosed injury in this case, a lot like Horton where we're looking at it as a day-to-day situation."

Julien stated that the injury happened Monday and was not a lingering ailment that would help explain Lucic's recent slump, as the Bruins' leading scorer has no goals and just one assist in his last 11 games.

While Lucic will be out, Horton will return and defenseman Adam McQuaid could also play after missing Monday's contest.

"Horts going to be in the lineup tonight, and McQuaid's going to be a game-time decision," Julien said. "He'll be out there for warm-ups. He skated this morning and felt pretty good, so we're going to make that decision after the warm-up."
