FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots don’t know who they’re playing in the playoffs yet, but they at least know when and where it will be.

The top-seeded Patriots will host a divisional game Jan. 16 at 4:30 p.m., according to the NFL.

The Patriots will play the lowest-remaining seed after this weekend’s wild-card round, and that will either be the fourth-seeded Chiefs, fifth-seeded Ravens or sixth-seeded Jets. The Patriots cannot play the second-seeded Steelers or third-seeded Colts until the AFC Championship, which will be Jan. 23 at 6:30 p.m.

Here’s a cheat sheet: If the Jets beat the Colts on Saturday at 8 p.m., the Pats will play the Jets in the divisional round. But if the Colts beat the Jets, the Patriots will play the winner of Sunday’s game between the Chiefs and Ravens.
