LeBron James is well aware that it is poor social etiquette to arrive late to a party. That must be why the Miami Heat star tried to make sure his team’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers moved along as quickly as possible on Sunday.

In the fourth quarter, after a foul was called on the Heat's Eddie House for denying Blake Griffin's ally-oop attempt, James became frustrated with the referees, NBC Sports reports. Following the play, the referees decided to review it to determine the severity of the flagrant foul by House, as it could have lead to him being ejected.

According to a tweet by ESPN's Brian Windhorst, while the refs were looking at the replay LeBron said, "I got a Super Bowl party to go to man, come on."

James scored a season-low 12 points in the game, perhaps due to his eagerness to get to that party.
