Jay Gruden has left the UFL.

The former Florida Tuskers (United Football League) head coach is the newest offensive coordinator for the Bengals, replacing longtime offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski, who was fired Monday.

The 43-year-old Gruden, an Arena Football League Hall of Famer (as a quarterback and head coach), is the younger brother of former Bucaneers head coach Jon Gruden. Jay worked on the Tampa Bay staff from 2002-08, while also serving as head coach of the AFL's Orlando Predators. He won four Arena Bowl titles as quarterback of the Tampa Bay Storm and two more as Predators' head coach.
