The Bruins are in the driver's seat with a 3-0 series lead, and the chances of them losing four straight in the playoffs for the second straight year are next to zero.

Still, it's vital for them to finish this series off on Friday night in Game 4.

"I think they really need to," NESN.com Bruins reporter Douglas Flynn said on the NESN Podcast, when asked if the Bruins would win Game 4. "As much as we've talked about how this 3-0 lead feels a lot different than a  year ago, I think if you don't close this out at home in your first opportunity, if you give the Flyers some hope, let them go back home with a win, it starts maybe getting into the Bruins' heads a little bit. They've done such a great job up to this point of not allowing that to happen.

"You don't want any kind of doubt creeping in there. I think it's really important for them to finish off this series now. Don't let it go back to Philly, don't stretch this out any longer than it has to be."

Doug also talked with Michael Hurley about the Flyers' goaltending issues, the impressive rise of Brad Marchand, whether the B's have their power play back in order and whether it's safe to start booking flights to Tampa.
