If you follow Colts owner Jim Irsay on Twitter, you know that he is … well … different. And his latest thoughts on the NFL lockout only make that fact more apparent.

With the owners in Minneapolis for court-ordered mediation with DeMaurice Smith and some NFLPA player reps, Irsay, 51, has been commenting via Twitter. Among the most interesting tidbits was Irsay's belief that he could easily hammer out an agreement with Colts player rep Jeff Saturday.

"Jeff Saturday and I could get this thing done, on cocktail napkins, over a long lunch at Rick's Boatyard..it's not that hard!" Irsay tweeted on Monday.

He also channeled his inner Joker and wondered, when it came to the meetings, why so serious?

"Everyone's so damn serious, suits, briefcases, lawyers! Let's put on jeans n golf clothes ,players/owners remembering we're friends, hang a little," Irsay wrote. "Players/owners have a little fun time retreat..drinks, laughs, golf, music clubbing..hang out, take the temperature down..find common ground."
