Interleague play has not been the usual cakewalk that the Red Sox are used to. They're 2-6 in their last eight, including series losses to San Diego at home and in Pittsburgh.

While the wins aren't there, the fans certainly are. According to SeatGeek, ticket prices on the secondary market for the Pittsburgh series over the weekend and the Philadelphia series currently in progress are potentially record highs for both teams.

Tickets for Sox-Pirates and Sox-Phillies sold, on average, for between 180-250 percent above face value.

The trend will continue, too, according to SeatGeek, as ticket prices for Saturday's game in Houston are averaging 197 percent above face value.
