LeBron James Dunks Over Kids, Crushes One of Them in Game of Knockout (Video)

And people question LeBron James' ability to perform in the clutch?

The NBA superstar, dogged for years as someone who "disappears" in crucial moments of big games, put that perception to bed this week at a youth basketball camp.

Some of the campers had the thrill of a lifetime, getting the chance to play a game of knockout with the King himself. Most of the campers appear to be about 2 feet shorter than James, so he entered the game as a prohibitive favorite (Vegas had James at 1-to-24 odds, according to reports). James, fresh off a brilliant postseason performance from beyond the arc, was a bit rusty, though, and he was nearly eliminated in the early going.

That's when LeBron turned into Big Game James.

He bricked his first 3, but recovered with a baseline dunk just before the next shooter's ball found its way through the hoop.

Clutch.

On his next attempt, James missed even worse, but he recovered with a highlight-reel dunk, eliminating one of his opponents.

Clutch.

One minor problem, though, was that he absolutely trucked the kid who was standing under the basket.

For James, that's a small price to pay for being a champion. Of knockout. (And we don't even know if he won. But still.)
