The Stanley Cup is perhaps the most coveted and legendary object in North American sports. It is more than 100 years old, stands more than 35 inches tall and weighs 34.5 pounds.
Its true owners are the hockey gods, but for one day, each and every member of the Boston Bruins will get a chance to call it his own.
The Canadian Press announced the schedule for the Cup, which will travel all over North America and Europe this summer. Owner Jeremy Jacobs already took the Cup to Yosemite National Park, and assitant coach Doug Houda brought the Cup to Whitefish, Mont.
