Terry Francona's Eight Years as Red Sox Manager Featured Highest of Highs, Lowest of Lows (Photos)It’s been an incredible run for Terry Francona and the Boston Red Sox, but after eight years as the team’s bench boss, reports indicate that Tito and Sox may very well be calling it a split.

Just two days after completing one of the worst collapses in sports history, Francona reportedly met with ownership on Friday at Fenway Park where the two groups discussed the future of their partnership, according to multiple reports.

Francona went 744-552 (.574) as Sox skipper and bagged a pair of World Series titles. However, it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows for Tito in the Hub, as seen in the timeline photo gallery of his career in Boston below.
