FOX Sports and unnecessary technology go together like peanut butter and jelly.

No, they’re not bringing back FoxTrax, but FOX is now using an infrared camera during their telecast of the World Series. The “FOX Hot Spot” view is in black and white and shows where the ball comes in contact with the bat or with a body part, as seen in the horrible example below.
