Liverpool sits outside of its top-four target. Its defense, a predicted weakness, is tied for second in the goals against category. It is going forward that the Reds (and their assortment of talent) have found difficult. One would expect more than 14 goals from 11 league games. All is not as it was supposed to be.
Manchester United is looking up the table at Manchester City. Arsenal has surged from the depths of the league and is within striking distance of fourth place. Chelsea can't defend all of a sudden. And Newcastle remains.
The point is that on-field events have created more questions than they have answered. What do you want to know about Liverpool, the English Premier League, American or international soccer? Your man at NESN.com is on top of things and will try and answer any questions you may have.
Leave your question for Marcus Kwesi O'Mard's mailbag in the comments section below, send them to him at his Facebook page, Twitter @NESNsoccer, or send them here. MKO will pick a few questions to answer every week. Be sure to check back Friday morning to see if he answered your question.
