Mike Aviles Batting Leadoff, Cody Ross Batting Third Against Blue Jays

With a pair of games on Wednesday, the Red Sox were forced to play the break-up game, as half the squad shot up to Dunedin to take on the Blue Jays while Jon Lester and some of the younger guys stayed back in Fort Myers to take on the Twins at Hammond Stadium, across town from JetBlue Park.

Expected to pitch for the Sox after Justin Germano in this one are Justin Thomas, Mark Melancon, Tony Pena Jr., Junichi Tazawa, Chory Spoone and Doug Mathis. The Jays are likely going to send out Brandon Morrow, Francisco Cordero, Sergio Santos, Darren Oliver, Casey Janssen, Joel Carreno and Danny Farquhar.
