Bruins Live Blog: B's Close Out Regular Season Against Sabres at TD Garden1:17 p.m.: Today is the annual Fan Appreciation Day, which means great things for the Black and Gold faithful.

What kind of great things? Here's how Ricky Doyle explains it:

"The Bruins will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, so it's a perfect time for the team to thank B's fans for their continued support.

"The Bruins will host "Fan Appreciation Day" during Saturday's game against the Sabres, which will take place at 4 p.m. ET at TD Garden. The exciting day will consist of a number of giveaways, including a Bruins team poster courtesy of TD Bank.

"Fans will also have an opportunity to win a variety of prizes throughout the game, including a Mohegan Sun VIP Blink 182 Concert Package, a Bruins championship season commemorative book, 2012 playoff tickets, various gift cards and autographed memorabilia. One lucky Bruins fan will even be awarded the opportunity to have their 2012 holiday photo taken with the Bear, star of the Bear and the Gang series, on the TD Garden ice.

"The fun won't just take place during the game, though, as Bruins players will remain on the ice after the game and throw t-shirts into the stands. In addition, 27 fans chosen throughout the game will receive a "Shirt of their Backs." Each of those lucky fans will receive a sealed envelope containing the name of a current Bruins player that they will meet and then take home a game-worn, autographed jersey of that player.

"In other words, it should be a memorable day at TD Garden."

8 a.m. ET: The Bruins will wrap up their 2011-12 regular season against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday afternoon in Boston.

The puck drops at 4 p.m. and NESN coverage begins at 3:30 p.m.

The B's are hoping to stay healthy and hot as they've won three of their last four including a 3-1 win over the Senators in Ottawa on Thursday night.

A win will give the B's 49 wins for the season, their most since bagging 53 in the 2008-09 season.
