USA Basketball is now bottling greatness.

Larry Bird is among several stars from the 1992 U.S. Men's Basketball team — known as the Dream Team — who are being immortalized on soda cans in preparation for this summer's Olympics in London.

Bird gets his shout-out on a can of 7Up, while David Robinson will appear on Canada Dry cans, Scottie Pippen on Sun Drop, Magic Johnson on Sunkist and Patrick Ewing on A&W root beer.

The commemorative cans are part of a marketing push by the Dr Pepper Snapple Group, which owns Sunkist and 7Up. Many companies are offering Olympics-related endorsements, several of which honor the Dream Team.

Kevin Love, who plays on this year's Olympic team, was among those showing off the cans Sunday. Love posted a photo of the Bird special, noting, "I don't usually have soft drinks before a game but … well, you get the idea."

Bird may admit that he can't run with the young guns anymore, but you've got to love his form in a Dream Team No. 7 jersey for 7Up. Check out a photo of the can below.
