New Jersey Devils’ National Anthem Singers Wear Uniforms of Boston Teams, Play ‘Dirty Water’ After Game

April 20, 2013

The horrific week may be finally coming to an end for Boston, but the support from other teams in the sports world continues to pour in.

Before Saturday?s matchup between New Jersey and Florida, the Devils honored Boston during the national anthem. Four singers were on the ice with each one representing the four teams of the city. With an electronic banner reading ?Jersey Stands With Boston? behind the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots and Red Sox singers, the emotional anthem was underway.
