Kansas State Player Celebrates Basket With Invisible Teammates (Video)

When an athlete gets locked into a routine, it can be tricky to break out.

After Kansas State forward Wesley Iwundu sank a free throw during the Wildcats’ 60-56 win over Texas Tech on Tuesday, he went through the usual process of handing out high-fives to his teammates on each side of the lane. The only problem was, Iwundu’s free throw came after a flagrant foul, so his fellow K-State players were nowhere to be found.

The rest of the Wildcats eventually did trot down to celebrate with Iwundu, and the freshman repaid their generosity by going a team-best 6-for-7 from the charity stripe in the win.
