Apparently, not even the recent news of Aaron Hernandez’s indictment in a 2012 double homicide in Boston — on top of the other murder charge — is enough for Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey to take the former New England Patriots tight end’s framed jersey off his wall.

Deadspin recently posted an Instagram photo that appears to have been taken by a friend of Pouncey’s girlfriend and the mother of his son, Kristian Fong. A framed Hernandez jersey is seen on the wall in the background.

It’s well-known that Pouncey is a friend of Hernandez, his teammate at the University of Florida. Pouncey and his twin brother, Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice, were photographed wearing “Free Hernandez” hats after the murder of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd. Pouncey also was served a subpoena to testify in the case.
