German forward Thomas Muller interrupted one man’s meal at a recent World Cup practice with a horribly inaccurate shot attempt.
The 24-year-old Bayern Munich star appeared to be shooting toward a mini-net when the ball sailed on him and landed in a dining area. A man who was eating with a few other people at a table got hit in the face with the ball, at which point Muller apologized.
Germany’s next World Cup match is Sunday against Ghana, and it will end group-stage play next Thursday against the United States.
